Clinics in Europe that have the potential of meeting our criteria are individually visited and thoroughly assessed by our qualified UK staff. Only a select few are chosen. These clinics are then regularly monitored to ensure that they continue to offer you the highest quality but affordable cosmetic surgery.

Qualifications and Experience
We make sure that all surgical and clinical staff have the appropriate qualifications and experience to provide your surgery or cosmetic treatment. Our selected surgeons include acknowledged experts in their field, and many are lecturers in their specialist areas. We also check that the laboratories associated with the clinics are of the highest standard and run by competent, experienced and qualified staff.

Quality
Our Appearance Matters team regularly inspect every chosen surgery to ensure the quality of the surgery premises (i.e. that they are attractive, hygienic and have state-of-the-art equipment), as well as making inspection visits that cover the materials and technologies used, which must also comply with our high expectations. Our quality assurance visits also check policies and procedures in place at each clinic with regard to quality control and health and safety issues, with particular emphasis on cross-infection control. We carry out similar detailed checks regarding equipment, premises, policies and procedures at all associated laboratories.
