1. Interpretation
1.1. In terms and conditions the following words shall have these meanings:
1.1.1. "Website" means this website and the other official websites owned by Appearance Matters Limited; these are www.appearance-matters.co.uk, www.appearance-matters.eu, http://www.appearance-matters.com and http://www.appearance-matters.net
1.1.2. "We" or "us" means Appearance Matters Limited.
1.1.3. "You" means any person accessing the website (including those who have registered).
1.1.4. "Customer" means any person who has made the administration payment to Appearance Matters Limited for services.
2. The agreement
2.1. When you become a customer and are bound by these "Terms and Conditions".
2.2. The agreement between the customer and us is confirmed when we make a reservation at the agreed clinic for your treatment.
3. Services
3.1. We shall perform the following services for a customer:
3.1.1. We shall make accommodation arrangements.
3.1.2. We shall make clinical arrangements.
3.1.3. We shall provide transport from the airport to the agreed place of stay and from this place of stay to each clinical appointment.
3.1.4. We shall provide an English speaking guide.
3.1.5. We shall give access to 24hour help line during your stay for treatment.
3.1.6. We shall provide other reasonable services on request.
3.2. The clinic which provides treatment takes full responsibility for any treatment performed and its consequences.
3.3. We are not responsible for any untoward circumstances resulting from the performance of any services.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Types - There are two types of payment in the agreement between you and us and one type between you and the clinic:
4.1.1. Registration, which is free, entitles you to have access to additional details about the clinics relevant to your requirements.
4.1.2. The administration fee makes you a customer and binds you to these "Terms and Conditions" and purchases our services as outlined in subparagraphs 3.1.1 to 3.1.6. This fee is levied prior to departure.
4.1.3. Additional payments depending on specific requests and subject to the customer's and our joint agreement.
4.1.4. The treatment fee which is paid directly to the clinic which has provided treatment.
4.2. Payments:
4.2.1. The administration fee is paid before reservations with the clinic or with the place of stay are made.
4.2.2. Payments are made by credit or debit card, either through the website or by phone, or by cheque.
5. Your obligations
5.1. You will provide the information about required treatment before making a reservation.
5.2. You will consult with and inform us of your arrival and departure dates and times before we make a reservation plus provide details of any travelling companions.
5.3. You will provide us with the results of any medical examinations performed at our recommendation. In the event such information is not provided, is incomplete or of inadequate quality, or is provided after the specified deadline, the responsibility and consequences will be the customer's.
5.4. You must keep all agreed appointments at the clinic or hospital. If you do not attend such appointments, the responsibility and consequences will be the customer's.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. We respect your privacy and the privacy of every individual who visits our website or contacts us by any other means.
6.2. We collect personally identifiable information when you register with us.
6.3. We process personally identifiable information only in accordance with various data protection legislation and will not sell or make accessible your personally identifiable information to any third party.
