Dr Michael Taylor, Chairman and Managing Director.
A medical practitioner for over thirty years (GMC Registration Number 1317255), Dr Michael Taylor is a member of both the Royal College of GPs and the Irish College of GPs. The instigator of Appearance Matters Ltd, Dr Taylor is renowned for his innovative approach to the provision of high quality healthcare. For the past ten years, his practice has been awarded the Charter Mark for customer service excellence. Dr Taylor is also National Chairman of the Family Doctor Association in the UK. His long relationship with Poland includes being the first visiting professor at the Polish School of Insurance and Banking.

Philip Emmott, Company Secretary.
A graduate from Oxford University and a member of two chartered management institutes, Philip oversees the UK operation of Appearance Matters Ltd. He has recently retired as an NHS Director of Primary Care. His most recent position as Assistant Chief Executive of Bury Primary Care Trust included responsibility for quality assurance visits to Primary Care practices. Prior to this, Philip was a lead General Manager for the NHS General Medical and Dental services in North West England and has been responsible for establishing Dental Access Centres for Bury and Rochdale in Lancashire, UK.

Marek Pozniak, Business Development Director.
A graduate in Law and Administration from the University of Marie Curie-Sklodowska (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland, Marek manages the operations of Appearance Matters Ltd in Poland. He has several years experience in international trade and has recently been working in the UK. Marek has a particular interest in health issues and is currently Chairman of the Allergy Association at Lublin Hospital, Poland.
